Fees for UPEC 2023

The conference fee structure for UPEC 2023 is as follows.

The Early rates apply for registrations on or before 28 July 2023. Registration for the conference includes attendance at technical sessions and invited lectures, all tea/coffee breaks, lunch, Informal Gathering, Civic Reception, Conference Dinner, social/technical visit, and delegate pack.

Student registration must be accompanied by a letter from the Head of Department/School/Institute confirming full-time student status. Delegates claiming the IEEE or IET rates should quote their membership number. Members of the IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Groups/Chapters should quote their membership number.

Authors must register and present their papers at the conference. As per IEEE PES policy, no–shows will be removed from post‐conference distribution and will not be available on IEEE Xplore or other public‐access IEEE forums.

One (1) full registration will be valid for two (2) paper presentations, provided that the registered presenter is one of the authors of both paper presentations. Additional papers will require additional full registration fees (each covering a maximum of two papers).
